Artwork Requirements

- Clear space requirements between the edge of the design and the edge of the box:
- Small & Medium: 20mm clear space
- Large & Extra Large: 40mm clear space
- Accepted high resolution image formats: AI, EPS, PSD, PDF, JPG, PNG

How to order

1. Select your preferred box size and Add to Cart.
2. Select the Choose File Button button(s) to upload the logo or artwork that will appear on the box lid. If you need to send additional files or an ammended file, please email them to us at 'info@neonpackaging.com.au' with your order number.
3. A digital proof will be sent to your email within 1-2 days for your approval before the gift boxes are printed.

FAQ

Where on the boxes can I print?
You can print on the top lid of the box, the front flap, and the inside of the lid. For more information on this, please contact us and we'll be happy to help!

How long do I need to wait for my custom premium magnetic gift boxes?
Please allow up to 5-7 working days from date of ARTWORK APPROVAL (not the order date) for the print to be completed. Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping or contact us to arrange for pickup at our office in Ingleburn.

If I order other products at the same time as my custom order, when will they arrive?
All items within your custom order will be delivered at the same time. If you need your other packaging sooner, please place a separate order or contact us for further assistance.

I need my order fast! Can I place a priority order?
If you have tight deadlines for your custom order, please contact us to arrange a rush order!

Can I order more than 1,000 units?
Yes! If you need large bulk orders, please contact us to arrange it.
