Artwork Requirements:
- Ensure your artwork allows a 20mm clear space (Small and Medium size) and a 40mm clear space (Large and XL size) between the edge of the design and the edge of the box
- Accepted high resolution image formats: AI, EPS, PSD, PDF, JPG, PNG
How to order:
- Select your preferred box size and Add to Cart.
- Select the Choose File Button button(s) to upload the logo or artwork that will appear on the box lid. If you need to send additional files or an ammended file, please email them to us at 'info@neonpackaging.com.au' with your order number.
- A digital proof will be sent to your email within 1-2 days for your approval before the gift boxes are printed.

Important Notes:
- Please allow up to 5-7 working days from date of ARTWORK APPROVAL (not the order date) for the print to be completed
- Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping or arrange for pickup at our office in Ingleburn.
- If you have ordered other products, they will be sent with your printed items. If you require a split shipment, please contact us to arrange it or complete a separate order.
- If you have tight deadlines, please contact us to arrange a rush order.
